Cancellation Policy
1️⃣ Booking & Payment Policy • Full payment is required to secure the workshop date. • Workshop date is not confirmed until payment is received. • Payment may be made via invoice, ACH, or credit card. (For corporate clients, Net 15 terms may be offered upon approval.) ⸻ 2️⃣ Rescheduling Policy • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the session may incur a $500 rescheduling fee. • No-shows are non-refundable. This keeps executives accountable. ⸻ 3️⃣ Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Reason: You are reserving strategic time and preparation. ⸻ 4️⃣ Participant Guidelines • Recommended group size: 5–30 participants. • Organization must provide reliable virtual platform (Zoom, Teams, etc.). • Recording permitted only with written agreement. ⸻ 5️⃣ Intellectual Property All materials, frameworks, and training content are proprietary to Jackson Golf Academy and may not be redistributed without written consent. This elevates your authority. ⸻ 6️⃣ Customization Option Workshop can be customized to reflect: • Industry-specific scenarios • Client hosting environments • Upcoming corporate outings Customization may require pre-session consultation. ⸻ 7️⃣ Post-Workshop Option Organizations may add: • Team-wide Golf IQ certification access • Follow-up Q&A session • In-person executive training This creates your upsell bridge.
