This is executive environment preparation. ⸻ 📜 POLICY STRUCTURE (Corporate-Ready) Booking & Payment • 50% deposit required to secure date • Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event • Date confirmed upon receipt of deposit Travel • Client responsible for venue access • If travel required outside Cincinnati region, travel expenses apply Rescheduling • One reschedule permitted with 7+ days notice • Within 7 days: $1,000 rescheduling fee Cancellation • 14+ days: 50% refund of deposit • Under 14 days: non-refundable Group Size • Recommended: 10–30 participants • Larger groups may require custom pricing
